Account Manager China (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

  • Driving the sales of our leading machine vision software in the Chinese market is one of your primary tasks.
  • You identify customer needs and proactively build and develop relationships with new clients and partners.
  • You convert business leads from distributors, OEMs, and system integrators into concrete sales opportunities.
  • You provide excellent support to existing customers while continuously expanding and strengthening these relationships.
  • You develop targeted sales leads, turn them into opportunities, and successfully convert them into sustainable business.
  • In close coordination with the local Managing Director and our headquarters in Germany, you develop and execute market-specific sales strategies.
  • You work closely with pre-sales and technical support teams to design and deliver tailored customer solutions.

You require:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or business with a strong IT focus forms the foundation of your qualification.
  • You have proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in software or solution sales.
  • You bring solid knowledge in automation and machine vision.
  • As a strong communicator, you demonstrate excellent negotiation skills in an international environment.
  • Fluency in Mandarin combined with excellent English skills is essential for this role.
  • An analytical mindset paired with a strong passion for sales drives your success.
  • You have a genuine interest in technical products and a good understanding of customer applications.
  • You have hands-on experience working with CRM systems (ideally SugarCRM) and ERP systems.
