Due to growth, we are looking for a new talent who want to continue shaping this path with us. To write the next chapter of our success story in Spain we are looking for a person based in the area of Barcelona as Inside Sales Specialist (m/f/d).

Your tasks:

  • Sales support for our existing customers in close collaboration with the external sales team and assistance in acquiring new customers.
  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone and online communication.
  • Maintain CRM/ERP data and assist the external sales team in preparing market and customer information for internal reviews.
  • Provide administrative and organizational support for customer meetings and general office management.
  • Lead management in collaboration with the external sales team.
  • Prepare and track quotations within given approval limits, and provide administrative support for contracts of all types.
  • Participate on trade fair and MVTec events.

You require:

  • You have gained experience in B2B Sales. Thus MS Office, CRM, and ERP systems are well known to you.
  • You have very strong Spanish and English communication skills.
  • You have a good general technical understanding and interest in learning more about MVTec products and in the wide range of applications of the industry customers.
  • Your communication skills, together with a structured and organized way of working, contributes to the team's success.
  • You are eager to become part of our growing team in Barcelona.
